If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return the item(s).
All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging
Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning merchandise.
You must get in contact with us before sending any return packages.
As we use different warehouses, we need to give our customers the correct return address before returning items and issuing a refund if applicable.

If you order more than one item, they may be shipped from different warehouses and so they may come in different packages at different times. Shipping times do vary, especially during busy periods.
Some products are from the US which can mean some products could take longer to be shipped.
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our manufacturing warehouse to its destination: you.
Shipping time is 3-40 days, this is dependant on location of the warehouse we use to store or manufacture the item(s).
Orders can take longer to arrive during busy periods, transit issues or delayed by global events.
